At first I have to say: Keep the picture up. It's not easy to take action shots, but of the three photos you uploaded today I like this one best. Why?

1. You captured the jumping snow leopard without cutting off anything of his body. This is something really difficult because we all know cats are extremely fast when playing, fighting and so on

2. The snow leo isn't in the center of the picture which adds to the dynamic to the photo. Well done!

3. The subject of the photo is very sharp, not blurry. So very well done <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

Now the things I don't like very much in the picture.
At first I noticed the fence in the left corner. Maybe something you can't change - I don't know the enclosure. Additionally you had enough problems with capturing the action with the animals - so nothing bad.

The second thing which could be done better (I don't know if it's possible) is the second snow leopard. The viewer just see his head - the rest of the body is cut off, which is a pity. But it's nothing really bad.

Nevertheless you took a very good photo. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart"/> Keep up the good work.
